The ADMIN roles are all encompassing to production office ranging from daily paper process to key communications and confidential information.
ADMIN is a service position and often the face of the company creating an experience as AGROdeviate interacts with customers and suppliers.
Essential Job Responsibilities AGROdeviate local office reception including phone, e-mail, and front door interface Organization of office including communication, mail, supplies, and reports Production process assist with Manufacturing Order and other support and paperwork Local Human Resources - on site HR assist including time clock and vacation filing Local Order Fulfillment - on site documentation and processing of Sales Orders Local Supply Chain - facility PO execution including inventory documentation and reconciliation Skills Friendly, helpful, cooperative Strong organizational skills and habits Strong verbal and written communication Detail oriented with urgency Proficient in e-mail, MS Office, and specialty software capable Professional and confidential Job
Qualifications Education:
High School Education required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Experience:
3-5 years of related experience, customer service and technology experience preferred.
