A new opportunity is available for a Production Supervisor to join our collaborative team on either 2nd or 3rd shift.
He/She will have the opportunity to learn our processes and business and be promoted into higher level management positions on 1st shift.
Production Supervisor Responsibilities include:
Manage manufacturing operations to ensure a safe and productive work environment Ensure metrics are being met or exceeded (safety, quality, productivity targets, training etc.
) Lead Lean Manufacturing Initiatives Implement SOPs and ensure procedures are being followed Ensure high quality products is being delivered on-time to our valued customers Requirements include:
Bachelor's Degree Experience managing production Supervisory experience Job Type:
