If you are tired of cold-calling, but can still identify cross-selling opportunities while managing existing clientele with stellar customer service - please read further!About You You have an active Property & Casualty License; a Life & Health License is a PLUS You are friendly, customer service-oriented, and ready to assist our family of clients You drive customer satisfaction through voice, text, and/or email communications Ability to build rapport with clients Ability to prioritize and multitask Ability to work independently and collaborate Excellent written and verbal communication skills Intermediate to proficient knowledge of MS Office You are 18
years of age, with a professional demeanor and positive attitude You have a high school diploma (higher education preferred) You pass a criminal background check Responsibilities Respond to client inquiries and questions about their insurance policy efficiently and compassionately Assist individuals in understanding their coverage and selecting the right products, services, and best solutions to meet their needs Comply with insurance standards and regulations Track and identify areas of improvement Manage inbound and outbound calls and emails efficiently Maintain agency database for P&C clientele Other duties as identified About Us We have serviced south-central Nebraska, Kansas, and Colorado clients for over 50 years We have a small office that operates as a family and extends that courtesy to our clients We offer a lot of flexibility with schedules and value family time We offer health insurance, 401k, and PTO At General Service Agency, we provide more than a policy; we provide a service that centers around our client's needs.
